On-line Auctions
Typically, we charge a Variable commission rate. As selling prices increase, our rates decrease.

Selling Price			Commision Rate
Up to		$250.00	35%
$250.01	to	$500.00	30%
$500.01	to	$1,000.00	25%
Over		$1,000.00	20%

Auction fees charged by eBay and Payment fees charged by PayPal or others will be deducted from consignor’s proceeds. Additional charges for special listing options, repairs or moving of very large items will apply in some cases. All of these details will be addressed individually, prior to accepting your consignment and clearly stated in your receipt.

Live & Site Auctions
Commission rates typically are Fixed and lower than On-line rates. Appropriate rates will be determined to accepting consignments.

Tag & Estate Sales
Rates negotiated on per case basis based on quantity and value of items.

Clean-outs and Disposal
Rates negotiated on per case basis based on labor and transportation required.

Unique situations require fees tailored to fit. Variables of item’s value and salability, time and effort needed for proper presentation will be considered and a mutually acceptable fee structure determined.
